BOOKINGS
AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We
will hold your option to charter 48 hours while you finalize your
decision. After 48 hours, it will cancel automatically unless
otherwise agreed.
A 25% deposit
is required for reservations.
Balance is required 14 days before departure. We reserve the right
to cancel bookings not fully paid at this time.
We accept: VISA : MASTERCARD : MONEY ORDERS
Sorry but we can not accept personal Checks
REFUNDS:
Notice of cancellation must be received by e-mail or phone 30
days or more prior to the charter date in order for deposits to
be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days may be refunded
in full or part at our discretion. Cancellations less than 14
days may be nonrefundable. If Winterhawk Charters is unable
to provide the vessel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will
provide a full refund or make every attempt to reschedule the
charter.
WEATHER: It is the captain’s discretion to hold
the vessel or to proceed based upon prevailing conditions, experience,
and judgment of circumstance. Charters
that must be cancelled due to bad weather will be rebooked or
refunded.
Winterhawk Charters will always attempt to rebook
any last minute cancellations. At our discretion we may offer
rebooking or a refund less expenses. We understand and try to
work with last minute changes beyond your control. However if
for any reason you cancel on short notice, and your space cannot
be rebooked, we must follow the refund policy as outlined above.
