Winterhawk Charters is offering crewed sailing in the beautiful Sea of Abaco in the Bahamas Islands. Settlements and quaint historic villages scattered along 120 miles of clean, clear blue water offer secluded beaches, local color and snorkeling on the third largest barrier reef in the northern hemisphere. The Sea of Abaco is shallow and protected from the ocean swells, relatively safe for swimmers and snorkelers. It also makes for great smooth sailing.
We often anchor just off the reefs for secluded evenings and oceans of stars.
You can board Winterhawk in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and sail to the Abacos within 1 day or fly over and meet Winterhawk in Marsh Harbor, Abaco. Several daily flights will take you to or from Marsh Harbor in around 90 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale.
From there the reefs and quaint Abaco settlements are just a short sail away.

Winterhawk is a 50 foot, classic blue water yacht with crew available
for private charter, sunset sails, full moon sails, weddings,
overnight adventures, excursions and coastal cruising.
Her home ports fluctuate between Key West and the coastal
savannahs of South Georgia. She is a limited production vessel,
built in 1981 by the famous design team of Hollman & Eickholt.
Commissioned in Taiwan, this unique yacht began life by crossing
the Pacific to the USA. WINTERHAWK’S interior is a tasteful
mix of Danish Deco and functionality. A large, well appointed
galley provides for excellent fare while cruising to our many
destinations.
Whether day sailing and snorkeling
in the azure waters around Key West or a week of exploring
the historic ports from St. Augustine to Savannah or as
far north as Charleston, WINTERHAWK will provide enough
adventure and relaxation to sail you through your everyday

If you have something special in

cell phone range so staying in touch with family and business
